Slow Quickening of a Painting at Night, 2017

Slow Quickening of a Painting at Night 2017
Acrylic paint, 29 metre wall

Private commission at Barangaroo, Sydney in cooperation with There Design and The Operative.

Photography by Jessica Maurer

The composition for this work is based on the connection between architectural features and dimensions across and around the entire wall surface. Marks, paint drips, stripes, lines, gradations, colour changes from one shape to the next, describe and record the narrative of indecision and decision.
